Q: I'm trying to install the latest version of Multiple Image Resizer .NET but an older version is being installed (applies to v2.7.0.0 and higher)?
This can occur if you have previously installed an older version of Multiple Image Resizer, and your Internet Browser has cached old installation files. Please delete your Internet Browsers "Temporary Internet Files" and try installing the new version of the software again.

You may occasionally need to reset Multiple Image Resizer .NET back to its factory default settings.
To reset the software to factory defaults follow these instructions:
- Open a "Command Prompt" (Go to the Start Menu -> Select Programs -> Accessories -> Command Prompt)
- Type the following into the Command Prompt and then press enter/return: cd "C:\Program Files\Multiple Image Resizer .NET"
- To reset the software back to factory defaults type the following and then press enter/return: MirDotNet.exe /reset
The software will now run and you should get a message saying that the software has been reset to the factory defaults.
Note: This is supported in Multiple Image Resizer .NET v4.0.0.0 and higher
