Scripting Function - SaveToSubFolder

The function specifies that each processed image file will be saved to a specified sub folder beneath each original image files location. The image file format and extension of the processed images are also specified using the function.

 

Syntax

SaveToSubFolder subfoldername As StringValueSubFolderName, imageformat As ImageFormatValue

 

Parameters

subfoldername - the sub folder name where processed image files will be saved. Note that if the specified sub folder does not exist it will be created.

imageformat - the image file format type. Each ImageFormatValue specifies a image file format and and extension.

 

Example

The following example specifies that each processed image should be saved to a sub folder named "MyProcessedImages" beneath the original location of each image, and that the processed images will be saved using the Graphics Interchange Format image file format:

SaveToSubFolder "MyProcessedImages", gif
